Welcome to Pet AI: Nutrition Tracker. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the app

Pet AI: Nutrition Tracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track your pet's nutrition and health. You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Not medical advice

Pet AI: Nutrition Tracker is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. AI-generated nutrition estimates, advice, and insights are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet's health, diet, medications, or treatment.

Subscriptions

Pet AI: Nutrition Tracker offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription options. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Your content

You retain ownership of any photos, pet data, or notes you add to the app. Your data is stored in your own iCloud account and is not shared with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the app's operation or security
• Use the app to store content that violates any laws or third-party rights

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutrition estimates or advice. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
