Pet Nutrition Tracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track your pet's nutrition and health. You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Pet Nutrition Tracker is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. AI-generated nutrition estimates, advice, and insights are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet's health, diet, medications, or treatment.
Pet Nutrition Tracker offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription options. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
In addition to these terms, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
You retain ownership of any photos, pet data, or notes you add to the app. Your data is stored in your own iCloud account and is not shared with us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
